Introduction
Welcome to Yoga Teacher Training Europe (YTTE). Our comprehensive training programs offer both online and face-to-face yoga teacher training services. These Terms and Conditions (the 'Terms') govern your participation in any of our training programs. By registering for or participating in our programs, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please refrain from registering or participating in our programs.
Eligibility Criteria
To participate in our 200 hour yoga teacher training programs, individuals must meet the following criteria:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have been practising yoga consistently for at least two years prior to the start of the program.
Possess the physical and mental capability to engage fully in the program.
We recommend consulting a healthcare professional to ensure readiness for the program.
Program Fees
Details about the fees for each training program are available on our website or upon request. Flexible payment options and clear refund policies are provided to accommodate diverse financial needs. Full payment of the program fee is required before the commencement of the course.
Yoga Teacher Training Program Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our Yoga Teacher Training Program. We recognize that plans can change, and a clear cancellation policy is essential for both parties.
Refund Eligibility:
30+ Days Before In-Person Training Start Date:Cancellations made more than 30 days before the in-person training start date qualify for a 50% refund of the initial payment, minus a 5% processing fee.
Program Cancellation by Organizers:
While we make every effort to deliver the Yoga Teacher Training Program as planned, we reserve the right to cancel the course in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness of key teaching staff, insufficient enrollment, or other situations beyond our control.
Full Refund or Transfer: Should we cancel, all participants will be offered a full refund of any payments made, or the option to transfer their enrollment to a future course date.
Additional Costs: We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation expenses. We strongly recommend purchasing flexible or refundable travel arrangements and considering travel insurance.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are processed via bank transfer to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
Access to Online Platform:
Access to our online materials is included for enrolled participants. In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to revoke access to these resources as of the effective cancellation date.
Notification of Cancellation:
To cancel, please email us at support@yogateachertrainingeurope.com. Your cancellation is considered effective once we confirm receipt of your written notification.
Special Circumstances:
We understand that unforeseen events, such as medical emergencies, may arise. In such cases, we review each situation individually. Supporting documentation may be required.
Policy Communication:
This policy is clearly stated on our website. Please review it carefully to ensure your plans align with the training dates.

Attendance and Absences
Full attendance is essential to gain the maximum benefit from our training. If you miss a session, we provide online resources or additional assignments to help you catch up. Absences exceeding 20% of the total program duration may affect your eligibility for certification.
Certificates of Completion
Participants who successfully complete the program, including attendance, assignments, and other requirements, will receive a certificate of completion from YTTE. This certificate recognizes your commitment and skill, opening new opportunities in the yoga teaching field.
Liability
YTTE is not liable for any injuries, damages, or health issues that may occur during the program. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety and are advised to have personal insurance coverage for physical activities.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and we will notify users of significant changes through email or website notifications.
Usage of Content
Our website content is intended for personal, non-commercial use by our registered users. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.
User Conduct
We expect all users to respect our community and use our website in a lawful manner. Harassment, misuse of services, or engaging in illegal activities is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account termination or legal action.
Account Management
YTTE reserves the right to manage user accounts to maintain the integrity of our services. Accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activities may be terminated.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and adhere to EU regulations, including GDPR. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gran Canaria, Spain.
